Shipping destinations:

  • We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping times:

  • Local orders to Singapore take between 1 -10 business days to be delivered to you and we work with providers that aim to ship within 1 business day of receiving your order.
  • International orders also take 1 - 10 business days to be delivered as we work with providers that deliver to more than 200+ countries worldwide and have local production in 32 countries. 
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

  • Depending on your chosen delivery method and country, the price of shipping will be displayed at checkout. 

 

 You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than indicated store currency.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We operate on a print-on-demand model - we offer a 30-days Exchange/ Replacement Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery as soon as possible so that we can liase to provide you with a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible.  
  • We currently do not support returns because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order.
  • If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order. 
  • If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
  • If you are not able to receive your order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at their local post office or carrier pick up point. For these cases, please get in touch with us so that we can address the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order (you will still have to pay for the shipping costs).  
  • For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.
  • Please email juusstt23@gmail.com with the subject 'Exchange/ Replacement' and include your order number, name and the reason for the exchange/ return.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-10 business days.
